Yes. Quotes are free, no obligation, no follow-up spam. We spend the time upfront because it makes our work better — the more we understand your project during the quote, the more accurate the final scope is.

No. Most quotes are handled entirely over email. If we suggest a call, it's because the project is complex enough that voice is faster. You can always decline — the quote still comes.

Very. Once we send you a fixed quote, that's the price — even if the project takes us longer than expected. The only time it changes is if YOU add scope during the project (new pages, new features). Those get their own mini-quotes before we do them.

We'll tell you honestly. If your budget is under what a project realistically costs, we'll propose a smaller phase-one scope that fits, and roadmap the rest for later. If it's way over, we'll tell you that too and refund the difference vs what we actually charge.
