Most SaaS products live or die on one thing: whether a visitor understands the value in the first ten seconds. When the team behind warmysender came to us, they had a genuinely strong product but a lot of moving parts to explain — cold email, inbox warmup, LinkedIn and Instagram outreach, an AI agent layer, and a built-in lead database. Our job was to make all of that land clearly on the web. This is a short case study on the client, the product, and the work.
The client
warmysender is a sales-outreach platform for lead-generation agencies, SDR teams, founders and appointment setters. The core idea is simple to say and hard to build: put every outreach channel a sales team needs into one place, then let AI agents run the day-to-day so nobody is copy-pasting between five tools. For a web project, that combination of “broad feature set” and “must feel simple” is exactly the kind of brief we enjoy.
What warmysender actually does
Before the design work, we spent time understanding the platform so we could present it honestly. Here is the short version, and the infographic below lays it out visually.

- Inbox warmup. A peer-to-peer network gradually builds sender reputation and holds inbox placement around 99.4%, so campaigns don’t quietly rot in spam.
- Cold email at scale. Multi-step sequences with A/B testing (up to 26 variants per step) and conditional branching that reacts to opens, clicks, replies and bounces.
- LinkedIn and Instagram automation. A gradual ramp with dedicated proxies keeps social accounts inside safe limits.
- A 200M+ B2B lead database. Verified contacts are built in, so prospecting and sending live under one roof.
- A unified inbox. Email and LinkedIn replies land in a single screen, and AI agents can draft and route responses.
What we delivered
Our side of the project was the web presence: a clear information architecture that leads a visitor from the core promise (“run outreach on autopilot”) down into each channel without overwhelming them, fast-loading pages that hold up on mobile, clean semantic markup and structured data for search, and a conversion path that makes starting a trial obvious. When a product does a lot, restraint is the hard part — we cut copy, tightened the hierarchy, and let the strongest proof points carry the page.
Why it matters
A feature-rich product with a confusing site converts worse than a simple product with a clear one. Getting warmysender’s story to read cleanly means the sales team spends less time explaining and more time closing. That is the whole point of good web work: the site does part of the selling.
See it for yourself
If your team spends its day in cold email and LinkedIn and you are tired of paying for and syncing several tools, warmysender is worth a proper look.
Need a site that makes a complex product feel simple? That is the kind of work we do.
